Here is my first beaded project, a bag. The bag is canvas with a flannel panel overlaid onto it.

Thanks, weaverpa. I figured I wouldn't be able to pull off anything that actually tried to copy existing pieces anyway so I just did it on my own. I learned a lot doing this.

I know what you mean. I sometimes also can't get colors to look right on a photo, no matter how much I play around with the white balance (or other settings) in Lightroom.

That looks great. For all the trouble, a fine sense of accomplishment, I'm sure. Did you use the embroidery hoop, or find a better way to keep the flannel from stretching and bunching?
